"On Postgraduate Studies and Doctoral Studies".
In order to bring the activities of scientific departments of higher education institutions and scientific institutions (postgraduate and doctoral schools) of the Kyrgyz Republic in line with the current legislation and in accordance with paragraph 2 and paragraph 29 of the Regulations "On Training of Scientific and Pedagogical and Scientific Personnel in the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the Resolution No. 327 of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 16, 2018
I'm ordering you:
- To resume the activities of postgraduate/doctoral departments of the following higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic: KNU named after J.Balasagyn, KSU named after I.Arabaev, KSMA named after I.Akhunbaev and Osh State University according to Annexes 1-4;
- To resume the activities of postgraduate departments of the following higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic: KSAFIS and MUIT according to Annexes 5-6;
- Rectors of higher educational institutions and directors of scientific institutions to organize the work of postgraduate/doctoral studies in accordance with the above-mentioned Regulation "On training of scientific-pedagogical and scientific personnel in the Kyrgyz Republic";
- Deputy Minister K. Kozhobekov shall be in charge of control over the execution of this order.
