On Approval of the Regulations on Training of Scientific and Scientific-Pedagogical Personnel under the Programs of Postgraduate Professional Education

In order to legally regulate the training of scientific, scientific-pedagogical personnel, guided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Science", Articles 13, 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

  1. To approve the Regulations on training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel under the programs of postgraduate professional education.
  2. To recognize as null and void the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
    "On Approval of the Regulations on Training of Scientific-Pedagogical and Scientific Personnel in the Kyrgyz Republic" dated July 16, 2018 No. 327.
  3. This resolution shall come into force upon the expiration of ten days from the date of its official publication
