The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (NAS KR) and the Research Institute of Economics at the National Research University "KEU named after M. Ryskulbekov" (NIIEk) invite you to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Legacy of Economists of the Kyrgyz SSR as the Basis for Modern Socio-Economic Development", dedicated to the 95th anniversary of Aidarkan Moldokulov, which will take place April 24, 2025 в National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic at the address: Bishkek, Chui Ave., 265a.
The conference is dedicated to the analysis of the contribution of economists of the Kyrgyz SSR to the development of economic science and practice, as well as to the consideration of the prospects for the application of their scientific ideas in modern conditions.
The main topics of the conference:
- The contribution of economists of the Kyrgyz SSR to the development of domestic and world economic science.
- Problems and prospects of socio-economic development of the post-Soviet republics.
- Issues of macroeconomic regulation and financial stability;
- institutional transformations and economic policy.
- Development of the investment environment and international cooperation.
- Development of green economy and sustainable development.
- Development of foreign economic relations of Kyrgyzstan in the context of globalization;
- Sustainable socio-economic development of the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Strategic directions for industrial development in the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Modern trends, problems and solutions in agriculture.
Conference format:
The conference will be held in person and remotely. A plenary session and sectional sessions are planned.
Conditions of participation:
To participate in the conference, you must send the text of your report (article) to the organizing committee before March 10, 2025. https://forms.gle/qL933vgrbMrUmePM9
Requirements for the design of reports:
- volume: 5–10 pages (A4 format, Times New Roman font, size 12, line spacing 1.5);
- margins: top and bottom – 2 cm, left – 3 cm, right – 1.5 cm;
- references and bibliography are formatted according to GOST;
- documents are accepted in .doc or .docx format;
- Authors must provide the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) index. The article must be accompanied by the authors' names in three languages. (Russian, Kyrgyz, English), and also electronic versions of the text of articles and figures.
- At the beginning of the article, you must indicate the full name of the institution where the study was carried out, surnames, names, patronymics, academic titles and regalia all authors. At the end of the article, duplicate the specified data, adding postal code, telephone numbers (office, home, mobile), fax and email, place of work, address (country, city), each author on three languages (Kyrgyz, Russian and English). It is also necessary to indicate the person with whom the editorial staff will conduct negotiations and correspondence.
- Authors are required to write the titles of the article topics, annotations and keywords words on Russian, Kyrgyz and English languages.
The selected articles will be published in the journal “Izvestia of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
